I live in Surrey england uk should i be wearing a mask for protection?
it is not widespread enough it the uk to start wearing masks, at the moment the only place where they are concerned that swine flu will become a serious pandemic is mexico. it is not expected to be this bad in other countries for a while yet (unless they get it under control now). so you should be fine without wearing a mask at the moment.
health proffesionals say the best thing to do is to regularly wash your hands and see your doctor/nurse if you have flu-like symtoms.
