Flu and Cold - The Causes, Symptoms, and Reliever

The causes

Reliever
- The flu. Take a rest by staying on bed at home as long as the illness persists. Acetaminophen can be used for fever, aches and pains. For more severe influenza A, you can take an antiviral drug (amantadine or rimantadine) by following the doctor recommendation. Increase your immune system.
- The cold. Hand-washing is still the effective way keep you away from cold viruses, because the cold viruses are transmitted by droplets or respiratory secretion. Avoid touching your eyes or nose - there might be infective droplets on your hands - and if possible, clean possibly contaminated surfaces with a virus-killing disinfectant. Keep your personal hygiene by avoiding tools sharing especially with an infected person. Increase your immune system.
