There are two 18-volt compact Ni-Cad batteries included in the kit of this drill. Most of the users of this drill agree that the charging time is incredibly quick. Dewalt vs bosch 36v kit?
Looking for an combination kit. What do contractors use 18v or 36v? Maybe different company you might recommend too. thanks
unless you're on a construction site where there are no plugs, go corded.... i have used many cordless items and they are a pain, after a few years the battery dies and a new battery cost about as much as the whole kit you bought. they have less power than corded.
but if you must get cordless, i say dewalt.... i have beat the livin crap outta mine and it still works great, as for 18v or 36v... depends on how big your project is, obviously the 36v has more power and will last longer, but for weekend projects it would be an overkill
